An oven collects more burnt-on grease than anything else in a kitchen, and it is the job most people put off longest. I take the racks and trays out and soak them clean, work the grease off the inside, and descale the door glass on both sides so you can see through it again.
The photos on this page are from ovens I have cleaned in Cambridge. I use food-safe products, so there is no caustic smell hanging about the kitchen afterwards.
