End of tenancy cleaning in Cambridgeready for the agent’s check.
Moving out is enough work without the cleaning. I clean the whole property to a full checklist, empty or still furnished, so the keys can go back and the inventory check has nothing to find.
When I am done you get photos. And if the agent or landlord does flag something, I come back and put it right at no charge.

What the agent looks at
Check-out inspections tend to go to the same places: limescale on taps and the shower screen, grease on kitchen tiles, and the inside of cupboards and windows. My checklist covers all of those, with a full descale of the kitchen and bathroom. If the oven needs doing as well, add an oven clean when you book.
Empty or still furnished
I clean the property either way. If your things are still there on the day, tell me when you book so I can plan the visit around them.

- How much is an end of tenancy clean?
- They start from £250. The price depends on the size of the property, and we agree it before I start.
- What if the agent is not happy?
- Send me what they flagged and I come back and sort it, free.
- Does it matter if the place is still furnished?
- No, I clean it either way. Just tell me which when you book.
- How long does it take?
- Usually 6–10 hours. A bigger place takes longer, and I tell you that up front.
